One-minute review: Summer. Miriam at the beach of a
Lake community. Her children are growing. Everyone is young. Progressively, they all grow older and separate from each other. Flashbacks help to tell the story. With the death of her husband Sid, Miriam who has all the aches and pains of old age is on the beach once again, listening to the voices of grandchildren and young men playing paddleball as the husbands of her former friends had played it when they were young. The death of youth.
